It features a dual-position bag hanging and cap placing mechanism, as well as a dual-position filling and servo torque-controlled cap tightening system for faster and more precise operations. The filling speed can be adjusted based on different materials, and cap tightness can be easily regulated via the control panel.
All components in contact with materials are constructed from 304 stainless steel. With six-axis servo control, including the main servo for rotating the worktable, torque servo for cap tightening, and servo for grabbing and lifting, the equipment ensures high speed, precision, and low failure rates.
Controlled via a touchscreen interface and Siemens PLC, the system offers real-time tracking of operational status, user-friendly interaction, simple operation, and comprehensive display of information. The equipment features self-diagnostic capabilities and automatic fault elimination, ensuring easy maintenance and convenience.
