Whether for bulk roasted goods like melon seeds and peanuts or delicate dried fruits like raisins and almonds, it adjusts speed intelligently according to material weight and type, meeting diverse production needs.
Precision Weighing & Quality Assurance: Equipped with a high-precision weighing system, the weighing accuracy is controlled within ±5-10g, ensuring uniform weight for every pack and enhancing consumer trust.
Multi-Material Compatibility & Safety: Suitable for heat-sealable composite materials such as BOPP/CPP and PET/AL with a thickness of 0.04mm-0.1mm, it supports various packaging film materials, balancing airtightness and aesthetics to protect food freshness and safety.
Additionally, the DSF450 features an intelligent control system for easy operation, with low air pressure requirements (0.5-0.7Mpa) and gas consumption (<40L/min), making it energy-efficient and adaptable to various production environments.

The concurrently exhibited VTC500H High-Speed Packaging Machine also stands out with an empty machine speed of up to 180 cycles per minute and a maximum packaging speed of 160 packs per minute for bag lengths <120mm.
