The highly anticipated DSF450 Full-Automatic Double Swing Arm Bag Feeding Packaging Machine at this exhibition highlights "precision collaboration and flexible production," designed for medium and large granular material packaging scenarios such as nuts and dried goods. Equipped with a double swing arm intelligent cooperation system, it achieves a stable design operating speed of 18 cycles per minute and a packaging speed of 10-15 packs per minute, automatically adjusting the operation rhythm according to material weight and type. It adapts to composite film materials (0.04mm-0.1mm thickness) such as BOPP/CPP and PET/AL, supporting flat bags with a width of 300-450mm and length of 400-600mm. Its high-precision weighing system (±5-10g) minimizes material loss during packaging, and the modular structure design enables minute-level bag type switching, significantly improving the production line adaptability for multi-category products to meet the flexible production needs of food processing enterprises for diverse and small-batch products.
High-Speed Vertical Packaging Machine: A Capacity Breaker for Small-Specification Scenarios
The VTC500H High-Speed Continuous Vertical Packaging Machine becomes a benchmark in the small-specification packaging field with "both speed and precision excellence." With a design operating speed of up to 180 cycles per minute, the packaging speed reaches 160 bags per minute when the bag length is less than 120mm. It supports multiple bag-making forms such as three-side sealing and back sealing, adapting to roll film materials with a width of 180-520mm and diameter < 380mm, and can produce diverse bag types with a width of 80-250mm and length of 80-300mm. Its intelligent tension control system ensures stable conveying of composite films of different thicknesses, and the high-speed heat sealing technology achieves flat and firm sealing, especially suitable for large-scale continuous production of small and medium packaging products such as potato chips, candies, and seasonings. Through intelligent algorithm optimization, the equipment maintains a low failure rate during high-speed operation, helping customers significantly improve production efficiency and reduce unit packaging costs.
